Willie Ray Watkins, age 55, went home to be with the Lord on April 2, 2026. He was born on August 9, 1970, in Lima, Ohio, the son of Kathy Perrine. He was lovingly raised by his adoptive parents, Michael and Karen Perrine.

On September 9, 1994, Willie married the love of his life, Whitney (Ochinero) Watkins, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together they built a life centered on family, love, and shared memories.

Willie was the proud owner of Bull Run Concrete, a business he dedicated himself to for over 20 years. He was known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and the pride he took in his craft.

Willie was a man who found joy in the simple things. He loved hunting and being with his dogs. Above all, he was deeply family-oriented and enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Whitney Watkins; son, Jacob Watkins; parents, Michael and Karen Perrine; brothers, Shawn Watkins, Jason Watkins, Jeremy Watkins, Michael Perrine, Jeremy Perrine, and Paul Perrine; sisters, Lisa Abicht and Jessica Perrine; aunt, Patti Bailey; and many cherished nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his biological mother, Kathy Perrine.

A memorial service will be held 1 pm Monday, April 6, 2026 at Stark Funeral Professionals. Pastor Gene Hurley will officiate. Visitation will begin at 11 am and last until the time of service.
