Nunley, William "Tod"

Belleville, MI

Age 74, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 11:11 am while sleeping at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. He was born April 24, 1947 in Pinsfork, KY, the son of Charlie and Frances (Baker) Edmiston.

Tod retired from General Motors after 30 years and then worked 13 more years at the Ypsilanti Township. He taught Sunday School and talked of his Savior's love and care for over 50 years.

Tod always said he wanted a big family. He loved his family dearly and prayed for them every day. He will be deeply missed by his family and many friends.

Tod leaves behind his wife Brenda "Pumpkin", children Tod Michael, Tammy, Brian, Sheila and Sheri; brothers-in-law Jerry and JC; nephews Darren and Denvy; nieces Dena, Tonya, Kelly and Katie; 17 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and many cousins.

Tod was preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Frankie, his in-laws Mr. Adams and Belle, daughter Angela, sister Dean, and great-grandchildren Mya and Jackson.

A funeral service will be held 11 am Monday, December 6, 2021 at Stark Funeral Professionals. Reverend Calvin Brown will officiate. The family will receive friends 4-7 pm Sunday, December 5, 2021 and 10-11 am Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Washtenong Cemetery in Ann Arbor.
