Age 64, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, January 21, 2024. She was born July 17, 1959 in Welch, WV, the daughter of John and Ethel (McCoy) Plummer.

Vicky enjoyed sitting in the sun and having fun with friends. She loved her family and the Lord. She was a member of Full Gospel Temple in Westland, MI.

Vicky is survived by her husband Stephen Rhodes, children Lisa (Scott) Stanley, Tammy Scott (Josh Points), Timmy Ray Scott and Shawn Lee Plummer; brothers Donald Plummer, Charles Plummer, Johnny Plummer and Rick Plummer; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandson Ethan Points.

A funeral service will be held 4 pm Friday, January 26, 2024 at Full Gospel Temple (34033 Palmer Road, Westland) with visitation beginning at 3 pm. The family will receive friends at Stark Funeral Professionals 5-8 pm Thursday, January 25, 2024 (101 S. Washington Street, Ypsilanti). Vicky will be laid to rest in Cambria Cemetery, Reading, MI.
