Miller, Thomas Edward

Age 86, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022 at his home. He was born December 19, 1935 in McEwen, TN, the son of John and Isabelle (Harrison) Miller.

Thomas enjoyed being outdoors, whether it was fishing, hunting, snowmobiling or mushroom picking. He was very fond of his dog Chico.

Thomas is survived by Bonnie (Moreland) Davidson-Miller, his wife of 13 years; children Susan Summers, Janna (Rick) Stanley and Sheryl Walczak-Lori; granddaughter Johanna Summers Sanderlin; and great-grandson Tony Sanderlin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 12 siblings, and grandson Aaron Walczak.

A funeral service will be held 1:30 pm Monday, August 22, 2022 at Stark Funeral Professionals with visitation beginning at 11 am (101 S. Washington Street, Ypsilanti). Minister Leonard White of Ridge Road Church of Christ will officiate. Thomas will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery in Ypsilanti.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ridge Road Church of Christ. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
