Chantharangsy, Synonethai "Bobby"

Age 41, made the transition Monday, February 13, 2023 in Ypsilanti, MI. He was born June 8, 1981 in Thailand, the son of Sybounreuang and Kaysy (Chanthavongsa) Chantharangsy .

Bobby was artistically talented and loved drawing anime. He enjoyed playing video games and listening to music. He was funny, kind and loving – the type of person who would help anyone in need. Bobby treasured time spent with family and adored his nieces and nephews. He took great care of his parents.

Bobby is survived by his parents, older brother Aenoi "Nui" Chantharangsy, younger sister Sandy Chantharangsy, nieces, nephews and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

A Buddhist service will be held 1 pm Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Stark Funeral Professionals (101 S. Washington Street, Ypsilanti). The family will receive friends at the funeral home 12 pm until time of service. Cremation will follow at Serenity Cremation Services (12613 Universal Drive, Taylor).
