Age 27, passed away unexpectedly Monday, August 28, 2023 at Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital. She was born December 5, 1995.

Samantha was very creative and loved drawing. She enjoyed games that challenged her mind, stuffed animals and music. She was a kind, generous soul who loved to help others.

Samantha is survived by her partner of eight years Jonathan Wilson, best friends Tiana Glassmoyer, Allyssa Thompson and Noah Trumper; friend Ken Wilson, and father Jesse Bernal.

She was preceded in death by her mother Virginia Hooper.
