Rosemarie Ruth Williams (nee Tirino), a true Brooklyn original, typed her final page on February 14, 2024, in Ann Arbor, MI, at the age of 88, leaving a legacy as rich as her namesake flower. Born on January 25, 1936, in the borough known for its bridges and bravado, Rosemarie blossomed into a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years Kenneth Williams, and her brother Philip Tirino.  Rosemarie also leaves behind daughter Alexandria Oakes and her husband Dennis and their family – grandson Eric Oakes and six great-grandchildren: Vera, Emery, William, Lorraine, Ada, and Isaiah.

Predeceasing her were her first husband and father of her two children, Frank Realmuto in 1983, and her second husband Anthony Pacifico in 1989.  Hardest of all was the loss of her son Marc in 2009.

Educated at Richmond Hill H.S. and further groomed at Browne's Business College, Rosemarie's professional path led her from running Frank's construction business, to being a manuscript typist in the Economics Department at St. John's University and later head secretary to the principal at Polk Elementary School.

Rosemarie's hobbies included the art of entertaining, turning every gathering into a banquet of laughter and memories. She also loved gardening, skiing in the Pocono Mountains and having cats and dogs as pets.

Her memorial will be held at Stark Funeral Professionals, 101 S. Washington St., Ypsilanti, MI, on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 2:00 PM with visitation beginning at 1:00 PM. It's an open invitation to celebrate a life well-lived and well-loved.
