Age 76, Ronnie made his transition Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Villa at Parkridge in Ypsilanti, MI. He was born August 23, 1947 in KY, the son of William M. and Victoria (Justice) Blackburn.

Ronnie worked as a security guard for apartments in Ypsilanti for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed going for walks with his sister Glenda, watching TV and John Wayne films. He loved his children and grandchildren dearly.

He leaves to cherish his memory daughter Katherine Blackburn and her two children Gabrielle Blackburn and Shania Zwalesky; grandchildren  Aron Phelps, Cherish Phelps, Myranda Craig, Maccen Blackburn, Andrew Bell, Gracie Bell and David Dorner; four great grandchildren; sisters Glenda Helm, Elizabeth Trusty and Cora King; and many other loving family members.

He was preceded in death by his son Ronnie Bell Jr., daughter Diane Bell,  mother Victoria Blackburn and father William M. Blackburn.

Simple cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
