Becker, Robert Joseph

Age 67, passed away November 21, 2024 at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. He was born December 15, 1956 in Jackson, MI, the son of Willis Harry and Marian Frances (Allen) Becker. He shared his life with Clemena A. Bowen for nearly 30 years, and she survives.

Robert enjoyed spending quality time with his children and grandsons, attending his granddaughter's sporting events and concerts, and going to gun and antique shows. He loved fishing, especially for bass, hunting and working as a bladesmith. He was a longtime participant of the historical reenactments of the French and Indian War. Robert was a member of the Massachusetts Provencial Battalion for approximately 10 years. Prior to his passing, he was employed in the printing industry for 28 years.

In addition to his beloved wife Clemena, Robert is survived by his children Justin Becker, Jessica Torres and Cary Push; five grandsons, one granddaughter, brothers Michael Becker and William Becker; and sisters Kathy Grandy and Shelley LeCrone.

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Shannon Leigh Push, brother Allen Becker and sisters Christine Lavrock and Beverly Becker.

Cremation has taken place. A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
