Richard "Rich" Daniel Jones, age 45, passed away peacefully but unexpectedly Tuesday, September 19, 2023. Rich was born February 23, 1978 to Richard and Cary Jones of Flint, MI.

He attended Willow Run High School where he participated in varsity football. He worked at Mans Lumber Millwork starting in 2007 where he drove semi trucks. Rich was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and hiking. He spent much of his free time teaching his daughters how to hunt and fish, kayaking, tinkering in the garage, listening to podcasts and music, and spending time with family and friends. One of his favorite activities was ice fishing with his father.

Rich is survived by his wife Nicole (Ciszewski) Jones whom he married in June of 2017, his daughters Emma Louise Jones and Paige Marie Bailey; his parents Richard and Cary Jones; his sister Theresa Waycaster, many nieces and nephews, and his best four legged friend Gracie Blu.

A memorial service will be held 4 pm Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Stark Funeral Professionals. Pastor Matt West of Marble Memorial United Methodist Church, Milan will officiate. The family will receive friends 1-4 pm at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
