Rhys Warren Williams Sr., age 67, passed away on August 11, 2025, in Ypsilanti. He was born on August 12, 1957, in Ann Arbor, MI, to George and Marilyn (Jones) Williams.

Rhys retired from Ford Motor Company after a dedicated career. In his free time, he enjoyed bowling and cherished watching his grandchildren play soccer.

He is survived by his son, Rhys Williams Jr.; daughter, Kelli (Jeff) Beckley; granddaughter, Lorelei Beckley; grandson, Bruce Beckley; and siblings, George (Brenda) Williams, Roger (Linda) Williams, Merri (Mike) Cullen, and Sarah (Jeff) Bradley. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Marilyn (Jones) Williams.

A funeral service will be held at 4 pm on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Stark Funeral Professionals, with visitation beginning at 3 pm. Pastor Jayson Combs will officiate. Cremation to follow.
