Rebecca "Ree" Amelia McDonald, age 72, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on July 4, 1951 to her parents Ernest and Dorothy Wiley in Ypsilanti, MI.

Ree devoted many years to her career at Ford Motor Company in Saline, MI before retiring when she could fully enjoy the things she loved.

Ree was born and raised in Ypsilanti, MI and was proud of it. Once a Brave, always a Brave, and she was definitely a Brave for life. #Brave4Life

Traveling was something Ree loved to do and going to relax on the beach. She enjoyed playing games on her phone when she had free time, but the most important thing to her was building memories and spending quality time with her family. They were the center of her world and she made sure they knew how much she loved them.

She is survived by her loving children, Lori Heningburg, Tamara Davis, Jasmine Frazier, Jakera Frazier, L.J. Frazier and Jordan Frazier (Nigeria).

Adoring grandchildren Saraya Heningburg, Elyse Davis, Loryn Heningburg, Shayna (Rami) Forde, Eddie Davis II, Jordan Frazier II, Chase White, Brielle Frazier, Sebastian Frazier and Jahzara Thornton. And great grandchild, Camdyn Heningburg.

There will be an 11 am funeral service on Friday, April 26, 2024 at Stark Funeral Professionals. Family hour begins at 10 am.
