Linke, Phyllis Ann

Ypsilanti, MI

Age 76, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, November 22, 2022. She was born July 16, 1946 in Teaberry, KY, the daughter of Oscar and Margaret (Hall) Booth.

Phyllis enjoyed gardening, working in her yard and playing videogames with her grandkids. She loved donating to charitable causes, her most recent and favorite being the Christian Appalachian Project.

Phyllis is survived by her children Rick Kimble (Elaine), Rodney Keith (Mickee) and Robin Lee (Dave); grandchildren Sarah Ann (Aaron), Rodney Keith Jr., Richard Steven, David Lee (Macy), Jonathon Howard, Timothy Seay, Julia Margerette and Jacquelyn Cecilia; siblings Tyrone, Patty Lou, Berry Lloyd (Beverly), Oscar Howard Jr., Teddy Malone, Carl Eugene (Pam) and Charles Shannon (Avelina); and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Oscar Howard and Margaret; siblings Billy Ray (Sharon) and Virgie Mae; sister-in-law June, brother-in-law John and granddaughter Ambera Lee.

A funeral service will be held 11 am Monday, November 28, 2022 at Stark Funeral Professionals with visitation beginning at 10 am. Pastor John White will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 4-8 pm Sunday, November 27, 2022. Phyllis will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
