With a profound sense of loss, we share the news of the passing of our beloved family member, Pauline Egbuogu. God welcomed her home on April 28, 2023.

She was born on October 12, 1959, in Arondizuogu, Imo State, Nigeria to Mr. Kenneth Ajero and Mrs. Catherine Ajero. She was a long-time resident of Ypsilanti, Michigan. Pauline earned a bachelor's degree in nursing. During her working career, she held many nursing positions throughout the Ann Arbor area. She was also a devoted member of First Baptist Church, Ypsilanti where she found solace in her faith. She faced many years of poor and debilitating health, but despite it all, she displayed great determination in meeting her challenges.

Pauline leaves behind her children Chinwe and Chinedu Egbuogu; her grandchildren Greyson and Karter Egbuogu; her mother, Mrs. Catherine Ajaero, her brothers Uchenna and Ndubuisi Ajaero; as well as a very large extended family.

A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church, Ypsilanti on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 11 am. Pauline will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery in Ypsilanti, MI.
