Workman, Patricia Grace

Brighton, MI

Age 71, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Trinity Health Livingston Hospital in Howell, MI. She was born July 28, 1951 in Weston, WV, the daughter of Harold and Elsie (Weaver) Workman.

Patricia served in the Army for several years in the 1970s. She went on to work as a radiology technician at St. Joseph Hospital – Ann Arbor, retiring in 2009. She then moved to Tucson, AZ, where she lived in retirement for 10 glorious years.

Patricia enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling and reading. She loved playing Euchre and Texas Hold'em, listening to music and watching University of Michigan football. She loved her Diet Mountain Dew!

Patricia is survived by her sister Elsie "Ricki" Hoover, brother Michael (Denise) Workman, nephew Jeffrey Hoover, nieces Michelle Workman, Teresa "Terri" Odegard, Nicole (Chris) Hartley and Rhiannon (Mike) Workman-McKay; numerous great and great-great nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law Timothy A. Hoover.

A funeral service will be held 11 am Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Stark Funeral Professionals with visitation beginning at 10 am (101 S. Washington Street, Ypsilanti). The family will receive friends at the funeral home 3-8 pm Wednesday, February 22, 2023. Patricia will be laid to rest at Arborcrest Cemetery in Ann Arbor, MI. The service will be live streamed.
