Age 84, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Superior Township, MI. She was born July 19, 1937 in Ypsilanti, MI, the daughter of James and Lila (Aungst) Nugent.

She retired from St. Joseph Mercy Hospital where she worked in housekeeping and head cook.

Family was very important to her.

Patricia is survived by her children Cheryl, Joanna, Tom (Stella), Kellie (Pete), Jessica and Liane (Max); siblings Susan, Lynda (Brad) and Jay; grandchildren, Duke, Ricky, Monte, Eddie, Mick, Dennis, Jamie, Sam, Chris, Michelle, Donovan, Kim, Cara, Susie, Jeremy, Mandy, Tommy, Justin and  many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ken, son Mike, grandson Scott, brother Jeff and stepsons Dirk (Bev), Monte (Cheryl) and Terry.

A funeral service will be held 11 am Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Stark Funeral Professionals with Pastor James Garrett officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 10 am. Patricia will be laid to rest at St. John Cemetery in Ypsilanti.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
