Age 75, preceded to join the ancestors Saturday, December 18, 2021 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. She was born March 30, 1946 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of Tommie and Veasie Mae (Roberts) Leapheart.

Patricia enjoyed making candles, watching scary movies and going to the casino with her daughter-in-law/best friend. She liked to travel and loved enjoying life.

Patricia is survived by her son David R. Johnson III and daughter-in-law Monique Nunn of Belleville, MI; grandchildren Shayna Johnson, Quentin Nunn, Jaylen Johnson, David Johnson IV and LaKyrah Johnson; great-grandson Jaylen Johnson Jr., siblings Geraldine Labrew and H. Frances Leapheart; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Tommie and Veasie Mae (Roberts) Leapheart, siblings Wilber Leapheart, Tommie Leapheart Jr., Arthur Eugene Leapheart, Harold W. Leapheart, Tommie Mae Leapheart-Kennedy, Willie James Leapheart and Johnny Leapheart.

A funeral service will be held 12 noon Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Stark Funeral Professionals with Pastor Harold Wimberly presiding. The family will receive friends 10 am to the start of service. Patricia will be laid to rest at United Memorial Gardens in Superior Township, Michigan.
