Age 41, went home to be with her mom Della, brother Robby, and cousins Zac and Jimmy Sunday, April 27, 2025. She was born May 31, 1983 in Ann Arbor, MI, the daughter of Mark and Della (Guidry) Shukait. She was raised in Pinckney, MI and attended Brighton and Howell area schools. She loved the time she spent living in Louisiana.

Nicole is survived by her daughter Jordann, grandsons Jason and Griffin, father Mark, sisters Lisa and Diane, long-time boyfriend Matt and his kids, her stepkids, Dominic, Jacob and Abigail.

Nicole loved spending time with Jordann, Jason and Griffin. She enjoyed family dinners, boat rides, the ocean, and reading. An avid animal lover, she liked collecting and saving animals with Jordann and had a special place in her heart for her own dog, Max. She enjoyed her work as a restaurant manager until health issues forced her to resign in 2020.

A memorial service will be held 1 pm Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Belleville Lighthouse Church (870 Savage Road, Belleville). Pastor Bob Lafferty will officiate. The family will receive friends 4-8 pm Friday, May 2, 2025 at Stark Funeral Professionals (101 S. Washington Street, Ypsilanti).
