Kester, Marsha Ann (Mimi)

Ypsilanti, MI

Age 81, passed away Sunday, December 22, 2024 at her home. She was born December 24, 1942 in Mitchell, IN, the daughter of Arnold and Virginia (Cuttsinger) Kellams. She married Dennis Kester June 11, 1966 and together they shared 52 loving years of marriage prior to his passing.

Marsha loved taking care of her children when they were young and helping to raise her grandchildren. Family was very important to her.

Marsha is survived by her daughters Denise (Mike) Olson and Jennifer (Casey) Jones; son-in-law Todd Bos; and grandchildren Lauren Bos, Drew Bos, Katelyn Jones, Trevor Jones and Brendan Jones, and Ryan Olson.

In addition to her beloved husband, Marsha was preceded in death by her parents and daughter Kristin Bos.

Cremation has taken place. The family will be holding a private memorial in the spring.
