Age 84, passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at her home.

She was born June 14, 1937 in Ypsilanti, the daughter of Sidney M. and Frances (Vogler) Lambert Sr.

On June 12, 1976, she married Richard Reed in Ypsilanti and following 35 years of marriage, he preceded her in death May 16, 2011.

Marie worked as a lunchroom aide for the Ypsilanti Public Schools and was a longtime member of the Michigan Wolverine Radio Club.

She is survived by her dear friends, Pat DeRossett and Greg Matthews, one cousin David Rumberger and many other wonderful friends.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Sidney Lambert Jr.

The funeral service will be 12 noon Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Stark Funeral Professionals with Pastor John White where visitation will be from 11 am until time of service. Cremation will follow and Marie and Richard will both be buried in Highland Cemetery.
