Hammond, Lois Jane

Age 88, passed away July 26, 2024 at her home. She was born August 17, 1935 in Ypsilanti, MI, the daughter of Raymond and Helen (Russell) Reddaway.

Lois loved all things Elvis, animals and, most of all, her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Doris (Reddaway) St. John, sons Claude "Eddie" Hammond and Jeffery Lee Hammond; grandson Travis E. Hammond, and great-grandsons Greyson and Jason.

Lois is survived by her children Vera Hammond, Rusty Hammond and Debbie Hammond; grandchildren Jessica Hammond, Matt Osak, Janie Osak, Sara Beth Marcum, Heather Hammond and Hailey Hammond; sister Sandy Bostwick and brother-in-law Zaddock St. John. She was adored by her great-grandchildren Hunter Marcum, Novalynn Hammond, Kalisa Torrence, Nevaeh Torrence and Sawyer Osak. Her family will miss her always and love her forever.

No service will be held. Inurnment will take place at Union-Udell Cemetery in Ypsilanti, MI.
