Age 33, passed away Monday, May 2, 2022 in Ann Arbor, MI. She was born January 15, 1989 in Flint, MI, the daughter of Marcia Preslar and Larry Pool.

Laurice had a fondness for high heels and was known to be very particular about her makeup. Marilyn Monroe was her idol. She enjoyed working with crystals and preserving energy. She was a beautiful, intelligent, strong woman with a big heart who loved her kids and family. She lit up every room that she walked into. She was absolutely perfect. Laurice will be forever loved and missed by those who knew her.

She is survived by her children Brandon Preslar, Lauryn Preslar, Lyla Tauhidi and David Tauhidi; fiancé Jalal Tauhidi, parents Marcia Preslar and Larry (LaShun Cooper) Pool; siblings Frederick "Mooch" (Yolanda Thompson) Sullivan, Cherrell Larkin and Zantea Pool; special sisters Tiffany Tomlin and Brittany Burgo; grandfather Micheal Preslar, step-father Alfred Laster Sr., and many loving relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her brother Brandon Preslar and grandparents Sharon Johnson, Ada Pool and Lloyd Potts.

A funeral service will be held 11 am Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Stark Funeral Professionals with visitation beginning at 10 am. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 4-8 pm Friday, May 6, 2022. Laurice will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery in Ypsilanti, MI.
