Zenz, Krista Marie

Ypsilanti, MI

Age 46, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, April 16, 2022. She was born May 13, 1975 in Maryland to parents Richard J. Rusak and Ann M. (Daniels) Mata.

Krista worked for McDonald's and was a dedicated employee for over 10 years. She was married in Detroit in 2003 to her loving husband of 19 years Joseph "Joe" Zenz. Together they lived in Ypsilanti with their two dogs; Beanie and Jack, her favorite loves. Krista was a beloved daughter, wife and friend. The world is a much darker place without her in it. She enjoyed taking drives with her husband and going out for lunch and shopping with her mom.

Krista is survived by her husband Joe Zenz, mother and stepfather Ann M. (Daniels) and Albert Mata; best friend of 18 years Debbie Durgan and her beloved dogs Beanie and Jack.

She was preceded in death by her father Richard J. Rusak and grandmother Doris Rusak.

Cremation has taken place and there are no services scheduled at this time.
