Our beloved son, Kevin Alan Riggs, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on January 17, 2026, at the age of 34. He was born on April 14, 1991, to Cheryl (Wheaton) and David Riggs.

Kevin grew up in Milan and was a graduate of Milan High School. A true sports enthusiast, he loved both playing and watching sports and was a devoted fan of the Detroit Lions and the Michigan State University Spartans. One of his greatest joys was spending time on the golf course—especially golfing with his dad and friends. Kevin was a member of a golf league for five years and always cherished the time he spent on the course.

Kevin also found simple happiness in time spent at home, particularly enjoying game shows with his mom and Grandma Riggs. As a teenager, he worked at Marco's Pizza and later began his career at the Faurecia plant in Saline in 2012.

Kevin is survived by his loving parents, Cheryl and David Riggs; his siblings, Austin (Janell) Riggs and Kimberly (Brandon) Riggs; his cherished nephews, Elijah and Dimitri; his beloved dogs, Lucky and Stella; his grandparents, Brenda and Larry Williams; his uncles, Wayne (Tonya) Wheaton Jr. and Ron (Beth) Wheaton; his aunt, Jennifer (Kevin) Morgan; and many cousins and friends who will forever hold him close in their hearts.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Riggs, Janet Riggs, and Wayne Wheaton; his aunts, Debbie Jones and Sandy Stevens; and his uncle, Mike Riggs.

Simple cremation has taken place. No public services are planned at this time.
