Age 51, passed away Friday, April 18, 2025 at Michigan Medicine Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI.  He was born January 7, 1974 in Detroit, MI, the son of Cowie and Lillian (Gill) Taylor.

Kendrick enjoyed watching basketball and playing pool. He was an avid Detroit Lions fan and was very active in his church. Above all he loved his family, especially his grandkids.

Kendrick is survived by his children Avery Taylor and Myles Taylor; grandchildren Amora and Sawyer; siblings Michael Taylor and Robert (the late Sherry) Taylor; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Ronald Taylor and Thurman Seaton.

A memorial service will be held 12 pm Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Mt. Hermon Baptist Church (39125 Judd Road, New Boston, MI). Pastor Phillip Ferrell will officiate. Memorial visitation will begin at 11 am.
