Age 79, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital. She was born January 13, 1944 in Louisville, KY, the daughter of Edward and Alberta (Fitzgerald) Carr.

Judy enjoyed playing bingo at the Ypsilanti Senior Center, gardening and reading mystery novels. She loved spending time with her family and caring for animals. She also liked traveling, watching her favorite TV shows and baking. She was very committed to her vegan diet.

Judy is survived by her son Stephen Carr, daughter-in-law Julia Carr and grandson Brendan Carr.

She was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Alberta Carr.

A funeral service will be held 11 am Thursday, July 20, 2023 at Stark Funeral Professionals with visitation beginning at 10 am. Pastor John White will officiate. Judy will be laid to rest in St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Ypsilanti.
