Jennifer Leigh Penn was born on February 28, 1965, to Larry and Gail (Bitner) Penn in Ypsilanti, MI. At the age of seven until the day of his death in 2018, she was fathered by James E. Honeywell, whom she respectfully and affectionally called Dad.

Jennifer graduated with honors in 1983 from Willow Run High School. Though she never attended college, she was intelligent and her desire to learn made her wise beyond her years.

At the age of 25 she landed a job with a local start-up telemarketing office, that became her niche for the next 27 years. She had a charismatic understanding of the business which allowed her to excel, be promoted and achieve many awards. She was the Queen of rebuttals.

Jennifer was a precious, loving daughter, amazing sister, outstanding aunt, much-loved niece, cousin and a loyal friend.

She is survived by her mother, Gail (Penn) Honeywell, brother Joe, sister Jeanette, three nieces, three nephews, three great-nieces, six great-nephews, two aunts, three uncles, numerous cousins, and more friends than any one person could be blessed to have.

Jennifer began attending Ypsilanti Assembly of God in 2018. She sometimes struggled in her relationship with God, but always believed and trusted in His grace, mercy and breath for each day.

A funeral service will be held 11 am Monday, October 24, 2022 at Ypsilanti Assembly of God. The family will receive friends 10 am until time of service.
