Williamson, Jeffrey Allen

Belleville, MI

Age 62, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, December 29, 2022. He was born February 5, 1960 in Alexandria, LA, the son of Albert and Charlotte (Becker) Williamson.

Jeffrey had a successful career in the automotive industry, working as a production engineer for 30 years and automotive repair & performance enhancement specialist for seven years. He was a parishioner of Trinity Free Will Baptist Church in Ypsilanti, MI and long-time member of the Michigan chapter of 3SI. Jeffrey enjoyed all things cars- working on cars, talking about cars, racing cars, watching car shows, enhancing performance... if it involved cars, he loved it!

Jeffrey is survived by his loving wife Tammera Lynn-Tolbert Williamson, daughter Holley Williamson, son Adam Williamson, parents Albert and Charlotte Williamson; brothers Tommy (Lynn) Williamson and Mike (Glo) Williamson; sister Cynthia Tyson, brothers-in-law Tony (Sandy) Tolbert, Chris (Susan) Tolbert and Terry Osborne; sister-in-law Nancy Osborne, 16 nieces and nephews, two great-nephews, and one precious grandchild expected in the summer of 2023.

A funeral service will be held 1 pm Monday, January 2, 2023 at Stark Funeral Professionals (101 S. Washington Street, Ypsilanti). Reverend Calvin Brown of Trinity Free Will Baptist Church will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 11 am until time of service. Jeffrey will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery in Ypsilanti.
