Janet L. Hisscock, age 82, of Port Huron, MI, passed away on July 15, 2025, in Ypsilanti, MI. She was born December 11, 1942, in Port Huron to Robert and Eva (Van Buskirk) Jonseck.

Janet worked as an accountant for many years. In her free time, she enjoyed playing games, listening to music, and attending live shows. A woman of deep faith, she was a devoted member of Heritage Church of Christ in Franklin, TN.

She is survived by her children Edward (Carol), Rob (Denise), and Thom (Lisa) Hisscock; grandchildren Greg (Meagan) Hisscock, Caitlin (Spencer) Sulfridge, Tony (Bailley) Hisscock, Dan Hisscock, Matthew (Avery) Hisscock, and Jacob (Merilee) Hisscock; and great-grandchildren Logan, Michael, Caitlin, Piper, Weston, Briar, Cecilia, Lucy, and Clare.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Linda Thayer; and her daughter, Janet Lynn Hisscock.

The family has selected simple cremation. A memorial service will be held in Port Huron at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Gilbert Residence or Arbor Hospice in her honor.
