Age 80, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023 at his home. He was born May 30, 1942 in Ann Arbor, MI, the son of Oscar and Ethel Mae (Porter) Kline.

Guy enjoyed playing cards and feeding squirrels. He loved cooking and watching The Pioneer Woman. Above all, he treasured spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Guy is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Sue Kline; children Della Knox, Ila (Tony) Grant and Oscar Kline; grandchildren Kristy Knox, Jeremy (Brittany) Knox, Crystal (Travis) Taylor, Jessica Hull and Ashley Hull; great-grandchildren Austin, Landyn, Jacob, Emma Sue, Gracie, Athena, Gage and Elizabeth; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son Grant Kline, son-in-law James Knox and sister Tennie Barnard.

A funeral service will be held 1 pm Monday, April 24, 2023 at Stark Funeral Professionals with visitation beginning at 11 am (101 S. Washington Street, Ypsilanti). Pastor John White will officiate. Guy will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery in Ypsilanti, MI.
