Norris, Eura Athalyn "Lynn"

Ypsilanti, MI

Age 90, passed away Monday, May 13, 2024 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born March 25, 1934 in Portageville, MO, the daughter of Clarence and Clara (Fields) Hayes.

Lynn was a lifetime member of Faith Assembly Church. She loved singing, reading, rock hunting and watching birds and deer. She was an excellent cook and baker, even making the cakes for her daughters' weddings.

Lynn is survived by her children Terry Norris, Donna (Jim) Perkins, Lonnie Norris, Denise (Mike) Mourer and Lisa (Alan) Schock; grandchildren Jennifer, Jared, Nicolas, Robert, Douglas, Hannah, Holt and Timothy; 13 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Norris, her parents, four brothers, seven sisters, two grandsons, Jason and Terry Michael; and daughters-in-law Charlene Norris and Linda Norris.

A memorial service will be held 3 pm Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at Faith Community Church of Belleville (894 E. Huron River Drive, Belleville). Visitation will begin at 2 pm.
