Blackwell, Esther M. (Bedore)

Age 90, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2022 with her family by her side in Ypsilanti, MI. She was born January 12, 1932 in Northville, MI, the daughter of Donat and Vitaline (Cusson) Bedore.

Esther was an avid bowler, playing in leagues for over 20 years, loved playing cards with her family & friends and had a fondness for fast cars.

She is survived by her five children Jill, Faye (Danny), Billy (Marsha), Timmy (Julie) and Jeremy; along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Hubert Blackwell, in 2006, her daughter Darlene, son-in-law David and granddaughter Leah in 1979; and her sisters Rosemay, Gladys, and Irene.

The family will be having a private celebration of life. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Humane Society of Huron Valley or Arbor Hospice in her name.
