Elizabeth "Betty" Clark, known as "Aunt Betty" by many who loved her, passed away in Pinckney, Michigan on April 21, 2024 at the age of 74 after a long battle with lung related health issues.

Betty was born to Charlie and Uldean in Tennessee on May 13, 1949. Three years later her family moved to Ypsilanti, Michigan. Betty graduated from Willow Run High School in 1967 and went to work at Ford Motor Company in Ypsilanti where she met the love of her life, Ron Clark. They were wed in February of 1974, would have two children, Bradley, and Kevin, and two grandchildren Kendyl and Kason.

When Betty had her boys, she dedicated her life to being a loving and supportive mother. Betty was known for having a heart of gold, if anyone fell on hard times her heart and home were always open. To Betty everyone was family, and family meant EVERYTHING.

Betty was very active, enjoying her work with the school system and at Coldwater Creek in fashion helping women feel their best. Betty played in many couple's leagues with Ron including volleyball and softball for years making countless lifelong friends. When she wasn't filling her home with warmth and kindness or holding every baby she came across, she could be found at Portage Lake, surrounded by family, friends, love and laughter. She will be greatly missed by all the lives she impacted with her love and kindness.

Betty was proceeded in death by her mother Uldean, father Charlie, sister Margaret, and brother Jerry. She is survived by her husband Ron, sister Jan, sons Bradley and Kevin, grandchildren Kendyl and Kason, as well as dozens of nieces and nephews.

The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to Stark Funeral Professionals at 101 S. Washington Street Ypsilanti, MI 48197 where a  memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024. A visitation will be held from 2-4 pm with service to follow at 4 pm.
