Age 86, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022. She was born February 5, 1936 in Van Lear, KY, the daughter of Laud and Blanche (Stacey) Webb.

Doris was very devoted to her church. She adored her family, especially her grandchildren.

Doris is survived by her loving husband of 68 wonderful years, Jimmie Maggard, children Connie J. (the late Rick) Ouellette, Sherman D. (the late Patty) Maggard and Patricia (James) Zabik; grandchildren Joanna, Jimmy, Justin, Jasmine, Michael, Tommy, Jessie, Ty and Savannah; great-grandchildren Michael Smith, Emmerson, Raegan, Wren, Addy, Clayton, Lucas, Brantly and McKenzie; and siblings Marlene (Gary) Adams, Shirley (Paul) Polly and Frank Webb.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son James D. Maggard, granddaughter Mysti Maggard, brother Doug Webb, sister Bonnie Anderson, sister Barb Tackett and sister Patsy Polly.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am Monday, September 19, 2022 at Ypsilanti Old Regular Baptist Church with Brother Danny Adams officiating (5668 Denton Road, Canton). Visitation will begin at 9 am. The family will receive friends 2-8 pm Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Stark Funeral Professionals (101 S. Washington Street, Ypsilanti). Doris will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery in Ypsilanti.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ypsilanti Old Regular Baptist Church.
