Donald Wayne Mullins, of Ypsilanti, passed away at his home Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at the age of 82. He was born August 21, 1941 in Hazard County, Kentucky to his parents, Robert and Eunice Mullins.

Before retirement, Donald dedicated his working years to the General Motors Corporation where he worked as a body repairman.

Donald married the love of his life, Lovada, December 24, 1958 in Clintwood Virginia and she survives.

Donald was a dedicated member of Wyandotte Baptist Church and was good at fixing things around the house. Some of the things that Donald enjoyed doing were hunting, fishing and watching a good Wolverine football game. Above all else, Donald loved his family.

In addition to his loving wife of 65 years, Donald is survived by his children Robert Mullins and Deborah Milligan; grandchildren Dawn Jervis, Melissa Malone, D.J. Milligan and Alyssa Mullins; nine great-grandchildren, and many other loving family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

A funeral service will be held 1 pm Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at Stark Funeral Professionals (101 S. Washington Street, Ypsilanti). Viewing will begin at 11 am and last until the time of service. Interment to follow at Washtenong Memorial Park.
