Donald "Don" Frank Brinkman Sr. went home to be with the Lord on September 3, 2025, at the age of 86.

There will be a visitation from 4-8 pm on Friday, September 12, 2025, at Stark Funeral Professionals (101 S. Washington Street, Ypsilanti). A 3 pm mass will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Church (9425 Whittaker Road, Ypsilanti). In state to begin at 2 pm. Internment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
