Neely, Debra Ann

Age 67, passed away Friday, April 15, 2022 at St. Mary Mercy Livonia Hospital. She was born June 12, 1954 in Ypsilanti, MI, the daughter of Uberto and Eva (Singleton) Norris.

Debra is survived by her partner Louis, sisters Betty, Lynn, Diana (JC) and Barbara (Phil); and brothers Calvin (Jane), Bill (Patricia) and Terry (Barbara). Debra was the youngest of 13 children so she has many wonderful nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Russell Neely, first husband Paul Smith, sisters Dixie (Joe), Patricia and Mary (Darylle); brothers Bob and Dale; brothers-in-law Bob Leach, Bud Lindzy and Alex Doroghazy; sister-in-law Jenny, nieces Kellie and Sara; nephews Jimmy, Jason, Terry Michael, Derk, Kenny and baby Toddy.

Debra loved her pastor and attending church. She enjoyed family gatherings and singing karaoke with friends and family.

Deb, you will always be our baby sister.

A graveside service will be held 2 pm Friday, May 6, 2022 at Union-Udell Cemetery in Ypsilanti, MI.
