Cynthia Louise Bullard passed away at her home Monday, November 18, 2024 at the age of 72. She was born November 28, 1951 in Monroe, MI, the daughter of James and Charlotte (Langton) Lynch. She leaves behind her husband, Ebert "Bud" Bullard.
Viewing will be 4-8 pm Monday, November 25, 2024 at Stark Funeral Professionals (101 S. Washington Street, Ypsilanti). A funeral service will be held 11 am Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at the funeral home, with visitation beginning at 10 am.
