Age 61, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital. He was born June 19, 1963 in Ypsilanti, MI, the son of Hobart and Alice (Thomas) Ward.

Cleo enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He loved horses and riding his bike.

Cleo is survived by his siblings Melvin (Barbara) Ward, Maggie (Mike) Taylor, Clayton (Cathy) Ward, Christine (Bradley) Howard, Jackie Ward and Twina (Arthur) Meadows; in addition to many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Twila Ward, Johnny Ward, Hobart "Buddy" Ward Jr., Ray Ward and Louise Killian.

A funeral service will be held 1:30 pm Monday, September 16, 2024 at Stark Funeral Professionals (101 S. Washington Street, Ypsilanti). The family will receive friends at the funeral home 4-8 pm Sunday, September 15, 2024.

Cleo will be laid to rest in Highland Cemetery, Ypsilanti.
