Age 72, passed away 3:40 a.m. Monday, December 6, 2021 at St. Mary's Hospital in Livonia, MI, where she was cared for by an amazing team of doctors and nurses. She was born October 4, 1949 at Beyer Memorial Hospital in Ypsilanti, MI to Walter Eugene and Maurine Walda (Blanks) Streetman Sr.

Christine worked at Haab's Restaurant in Ypsilanti where she met the love of her life, James Press Flanary Sr. They were married July 21, 1968.

Christine was a member of Pineview Apostolic Faith Church until 2010 and from 2011 until her death, she was a member of Life Livonia Church. Christine was always a faithful witness who loved to tell everyone about her Savior Jesus Christ.

Christine is survived by her husband of 53 years James Press Flanary Sr., eldest daughter Ann Marie (Mark) Dunivant, twin sons Tommy Lee Flanary and Timmy Ray Flanary; youngest son James Press (Elizabeth-Ann Marie) Flanary Jr., her youngest, Amanda Lynn (Anthony Barcenas) and son-in-law Omar Acosta, grandchildren Nathaniel Dunivant, Mariah Dunivant (Parsons), Zachary Brockette, Ashley Flanary, Lexi Flanary, Andrew Flanary, Dallas Flanary, Keryn Flanary, Kara Flanary, Russell Tackett Jr. and Deven Tackett; brother Walter Eugene Streetman Jr., and many great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Christine Francis Acosta, sisters Dee Runyon and Pam Robin; and her brothers Melvin Streetman and Steve Streetman.

A funeral service will be held 3 pm Monday, December 13 at Stark Funeral Professionals with visitation 1-3 pm. Interment to follow at Union-Udell Cemetery Ypsilanti, MI.

Christine will be greatly missed but her love for the Lord carries on with the legacy of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and the many lives she touched while walking on this Earth.
