Charles Glen Brezeale, age 68, of Van Buren Township, passed away peacefully at home on July 31, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on June 10, 1957, at Beyer Hospital in Ypsilanti, Charles was the son of Charles Riley Brezeale and Patricia Ann (McBride) Brezeale. He grew up in Ypsilanti and spent his life in the Ypsilanti and Van Buren Township area.

Charles worked as a machine operator and union steward at NSK in Ann Arbor, where he dedicated 18 years before retiring. He was a member of the Van Buren Eagles and was known for his love of the outdoors. Charles was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed playing cards and pool with friends and family.

On September 17, 1977, Charles married the love of his life, Robin Brezeale, at Packard Road Baptist Church in Ann Arbor. Together they built a loving family and shared decades of memories.

Charles was the life of the party and a true jokester who loved making people laugh. He enjoyed working on cars and around the house, but his greatest joy came from spending time with his family.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Robin Brezeale; his daughters, Shannon Flannery and Jessica Brezeale; and his cherished grandchildren: Lukas Jager, Lola Jager, and Braylee Augustine.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Patricia Brezeale, and his brother, Gregory Brezeale.

Visitation will be held at Stark Funeral Professionals, 101 S Washington St., Ypsilanti; Thursday, August 7, from 11 am to 1 pm. A Memorial  Service will follow the visitation and will begin at 1 pm.
