Bc Trim, born April 10, 1949, in Flora, Mississippi, to Joe and Ethel Trim, lived a life rooted in love, resilience, and devotion to family. As a child and young man, he worked the fields and cared for the animals, helping support his brothers and sister with a quiet strength that would define him throughout his life.

In his early twenties, Bc moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he met and later married the love of his life, Jonnita Trim. Together, they shared 30 years of marriage, raising five children and opening their home and hearts to many others who came to see him as a father.

Bc leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Jonnita Trim; his brother, Timothy Link; and his children: Robert Freemen, Iyonna Trim, Shaniqua Nwabude, Joseph Trim, Cameron Griggs, Desiree Trim, Charlotte Trim, and Tyrone Lee. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Roman Cassanova, De'Shawn Trim, Jenesis Cassanova, Giovanni Cassanova , Hasaan Cassanova, Desire Trim, Destiny Trim, Miracle Trim, and Mia Trim, along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his brothers Bull, Lot, Willie, and Charles Trim; and his sister Georgia B. Owens (Trim). He is also reunited with his beloved granddaughter April Trim, who passed shortly after his own transition, joining him in eternal rest.

Bc lived his life surrounded by laughter, community, and unwavering love. Known for his wisdom, humor, and generous spirit, he touched every person he encountered. His favorite words—"I love you a whole lot more than a little bit and a little bit more than a whole lot"—remain a lasting reminder of the depth of his heart.

His family gives thanks for the compassion, guidance, and countless life lessons he shared. May his soul rest peacefully in the Father's hands until we meet again.

Visitation will be held 2-3 pm Friday, February 6, 2026 at Stark Funeral Professionals with a funeral service at 3 pm.
