Roberts Bailey, Aileen

Age 89, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2023 at Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital. She was born August 23, 1934 in Blue Diamond, KY, the daughter of Ira and Sarah (Combs) Stacy.

Aileen was a member of Graceway Baptist Church. She worked for Ford Motor Company for 12 years and was also a homemaker, raising her five children.

Aileen is survived by her children Johnny Ray (Georgia) Roberts, Yvonne (Tom) Haag, Darryl Roberts (Mickie Branham) and Mickey Smith; grandchildren Jennifer Roberts-Kern, John Roberts, Christina Rupert-Burley, Steven Rupert, Chris Rupert, Samantha Roberts, Stephanie Roberts, Dee Roberts and Courtney Roberts-Sandfer; several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews; step-daughters Chris (John) Dudley, Dee (Keith) Dietrich and Tracie (Keith) Eason; eight step-grandchildren and many step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dallas Bailey, first husband Decoursey Roberts, daughter Vickey Roberts and son Eddie Roberts.

A funeral service will be held 11 am Thursday, October 5, 2023 at Stark Funeral Professionals. Pastor John Dudley will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 10 am until time of service. Aileen will be laid to rest in Alban Cemetery, Ypsilanti Township.
