Age 88, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023 at Glen Abbey Assisted Living in Canton, Michigan. She was born May 15, 1934 in Centre, Alabama to Gordon and Eva (Harris) Wright. She married Hobart Ferguson on July 14, 1950 in Ypsilanti, Michigan and he preceded her in death on March 13, 1989. Patricia was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and a housewife most of her life. She loved crafts, especially painting and sewing and she was very active in her community as a licensed beautician.

Survivors include her two daughters: Candy Orvelo and Alice (Tim) Funckes; three sons: Stan (Mary) Ferguson, Mark Ferguson, and Greg (Jin) Ferguson; five grandkids, Isiah, Sheldon, Sarah, Jeremiah, Jodi; four great-grandkids, Scott, T.J., Noah, Gavin; one brother, Skip Wright and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, Buck, George, and Sidney; two sisters, Penny and Susie.

A funeral service will be held 1 pm Friday, May 5, 2023 at Stark Funeral Professionals. Family will receive friends from 11 am until time of service. Burial will be in Centre, Alabama at Cherokee Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association .
